Executive Functioning Coaching
If you have struggled to stay organized, motivated, or struggle with procrastination, this is for you. We will work on how to stay motivated, how to maximize your efforts, and how to set better expectations on what you can achieve. This is done by creating good goals, organizing your time and highlighting past struggles, and developing plans to overcome them. These sessions last an hour, and you will walk away with a plan for the next week, next month, or longer, depending how what your needs are. It is 100.00 per session each session is typically an hour.
Career Advising
Were you unhappy with what career advice you got in high school or college? These meetings are meant to actually direct you. We will look at your personality, match it to possible careers, look at the outlook for those careers, and start laying out a plan to enter that field. This service requires two sessions: the first generating possible careers and the second at least a week later to discuss what career direction is going to be taken. Each session is 100.00. This will require at least two sessions. Most people only need two.
Professional Trainings
Would your company like more information on autism, neurodiversity, accommodations, and modifications? I offer training in all the above! I have given presentations for a wide array of audiences, from job coaches to physicians. Trainings have been given online and in person, and can be as short as an hour to multi-hour events where we work on solving problems brought up by the participants.
